What do we do?
We hold meeting approximately every half term (or as required). The meetings take place in a friendly atmosphere. Minutes are circulated to the members of the Association by the pupils and are also posted on our website.
The role of the PTFA is to contribute to many aspects of College life through:
- Supporting the functions of the College (Parents Evenings and meetings)
- Raising money
- Help the teaching staff with school trips
- Support staff and students in the College Library/Learning Area
- Assist with extra-curricular activities
We try to promote the good name of the College as far and wide as possible and in as many ways as possible. The Association organise regular Quiz Evenings as a College activity for staff, parents and students to mix together. We Support the College in any way possible and are seen as an important group within the college.
Who do we want?
Anybody who is concerned with the students' sucess and hapiness in the College. You can commit yourself to as much time or as little time as you are willing and able to offer. For instance you may not wish to attend the meetings but may wish to offer help of a different type.
If you are interested, please fill in and submit the form below so that we can keep you in touch with our activities.
