A-Level Success at the BKN Sixth Form

Even greater success at the Blake, Kingsmead and Norton Canes Sixth Form as 22 subjects achieve 100% A-level pass rates, a great achievement as sixth form numbers were at their highest ever level.

Students continued to maintain the excellent results of their predecessors by achieving a 97 %  pass rate.30 %  of students achieved the top grades of A-B in all subjects.

There were notable achievements across a wide range of areas, including Art and Design, Diploma in Child Education, English Language and Literature, ICT, Psychology and Religious Studies.

The Director of the BKN, Ms K Doyle said “many of our students have secured their first choices at universities around the country, their continued success is a reflection of both their hard work and the dedication of the staff within the consortium’’
