Reporting to Parents
We work in partnership with parents to encourage all our pupils to achieve the best they are capable of and we will do our best to keep you informed and involved as your child progresses through the College. You will receive reports at regular intervals (usually once each term). Interim reports in November and July will contain information about attainment and effort in each subject. In March full reports will give more detailed comments from subject staff and from form tutors.
In November and March Review Days are held to provide an opportunity to discuss your child's progress with a member of staff (usually the Form Tutor) and to agree on areas to target for future improvement.
We also offer a number of evenings for parents to visit the College to discuss specific issues such as the Sixth Form and option choices. If, at any time, you would like more information on your child’s progress or the opportunity to discuss his or her attainment, please contact the Head of Year or Mrs .W. Morgan, the school’s Achievement Co-ordinator.
